Important information about international deliveries

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany (Europe).

If you are ordering from outside the European Union (including the Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc.), please note:

– Import VAT, customs duties and courier handling/clearance fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.

– These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority or delivery courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, Mail) before releasing the parcel.

– The recipient (customer) is legally responsible for paying these fees upon import.

– We ship under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning all import-related charges must be paid by the recipient.

– If import charges are refused or unpaid, the courier may return the parcel to us. Upon return, we will refund the item price only (excluding shipping costs).
