All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
For customers outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Norway, etc.):
- Import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling/clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

- We ship under the Incoterm DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place), meaning the buyer pays all taxes and duties upon import.
