Shipping costs and details

Shipping costs will be calculated at Cart or Checkout after you have selected your country.

Once your order has been made, we will prepare it for shipping, and hand it over to DHL or to FedEx. 

Packages are shipped from our office in Unterhaching, Germany with DHL and FedEx.

After your order is shipped, we mark it as `completed` and you will receive an email from us with a tracking number of your package. If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, but your order was set to completed, simply get in touch with us via email, Facebook or Instagram and we will kindly share it to you (You may have entered a wrong email address at checkout).

You can track your package using your tracking number at DHL or at FedEx Tracking.

Thank you for shopping at paddleshifterz.com, this shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by paddleshifterz.com on the website: 

paddleshifterz.com is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

1. SHIPPING

  • paddleshifterz.com delivers worldwide.
  • All orders are shipped from Germany via DHL, DHL Express or FedEx.
  • Most products are repackaged in multiple layers of protective bubble wrap in order to avoid any damages that may occur during delivery. Original packaging is available upon request, additional charges may apply in this case.

For security reasons, paddleshifterz.com will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

PaddleShifterz offers the following shipping options – where available:

  • DHL Standard
  • DHL Premium
  • DHL Express
  • FedEx IPE – International Priority Express
  • FedEx IP – Intl. Priority
  • FedEx IE – Intl. Economy
  • FedEx RE – Regional Economy

*The cost of shipping depends on the place of delivery of the order and the type of shipping selected by the user. The shipping cost will be calculated and shown at cart and at checkout.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • 1-3 days.

Customized, individual products according to customer specifications may have a longer order processing time.

Order processing will take place Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 19:00 PM (Orders are not processed on Sundays and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

4. SHIPPING TIMES

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the place of delivery of the order and the type of shipping selected by the customer. 
  • Shipping times may vary between 1 – 20 days (Shipping times are approximate).

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the respective shipping company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

6. CUSTOMS TAXES

Please note that for international orders (orders outside Germany/Europe), customs duties may apply depending on the customs laws of each country. The buyer is responsible for payment of any customs duties that may be imposed on your package upon entry into the destination country. Please check the customs situation in your country regarding the importation of goods and the collection of customs duties before placing an order, as paddleshifterz.com cannot provide you with this information. paddleshifterz.com is not responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may apply to your international orders, nor is paddleshifterz.com responsible for packages returned or undelivered due to non-payment of such duties. Payment of any duties that may apply to your package is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

7. DELAYS

paddleshifterz.com is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, paddleshifterz.com is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over such delays. 

8. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply to cover shipping costs.

9. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

paddleshifterz.com will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address. 

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.

10. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

paddleshifterz.com recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. paddleshifterz.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

11. SHIPPING COMPLETED

A delivery is officially regarded as completed once paddleshifterz.com makes the product accessible to the buyer. This accessibility is facilitated by the courier company’s control system, signifying a “completed” or “delivered” status change in the order.
