Das neue Design des BMW M Performance Frontaufsatzes Carbon lässt die Front Ihres Fahrzeugs deutlich kraftvoller wirken und ermöglicht eine sportlichere Fahrweise.

Eine TÜV-Eintragung ist nicht notwendig. Eine ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) ist nicht erforderlich, da die Teileumfänge bereits mit dem Gesamtfahrzeug homologiert sind.

Der Frontaufsatz wurde u. a. auf Fußgängerschutzanforderungen geprüft. Alle gesetzlichen Vorgaben werden dabei erfüllt. Der Frontaufsatz Carbon ist wegen der aerodynamischen Balance nur in Verbindung mit dem Serien-Heckspoiler oder dem Heckspoiler Carbon freigegeben. Alle Teile sind vor Verbau am Fahrzeug auf Passgenauigkeit zu prüfen. Eventuelle Klebeflächen müssen absolut trocken, sauber, wachs- und fettfrei sein.

Die Montage muss in einem Temperaturbereich von 18 °C bis 35 °C erfolgen. Bei der Zuhilfenahme von Flüssigkleber (z.B. Klebstoff 1K) sind die Aushärtezeiten zu beachten:

  • Im Regelfall gilt, dass das Fahrzeug 24 Stunden nicht bewegt werden darf.
  • Das Fahrzeug ist erst nach 48 Stunden waschanlagentauglich.
