Shipping & Import Information

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

For customers outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Norway, etc.):

• Import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling/clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• These fees are charged by your country’s customs authority or courier before delivery.
• The recipient (customer) is legally responsible for paying these import-related charges.
• We ship under the Incoterm DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place), meaning the buyer pays all taxes and duties upon import.
• Refusing to pay import fees may result in the parcel being returned to us by the courier.
