Original M Performance front attachment is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. Matching the optional carbon package (SA71C), the M Performance front attachment emphasizes the sporty and attractive appearance of the BMW M3 or M4. It was specially developed for the M3 Sedan and the M4 Coupé and can also be installed without the optional carbon package (SA71C).

Specifications
- The front attachment gives the vehicle a striking and characteristic front view.
- A TÜV registration is not necessary.
- The M Performance exterior components have optimal aerodynamics and reinforce the sporty handling.
- The front attachment was u. a. checked for pedestrian protection requirements. All legal requirements are met.
- The carbon component consists of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) and is sealed with clear varnish.
- The materials are UV and temperature resistant.
- The installation of the rear spoiler is not obligatory for the installation of the front attachment, but an optimal driving performance can only be achieved through a combination of the two products.
- The assembly must take place in a temperature range of 18°C to 35°C.
- When attaching exterior components using liquid adhesive (e.g. Betalink 1K), the curing times of the adhesives used must be observed.
- As a rule, the vehicle may not be moved for 24 hours.
- The vehicle is only suitable for car washes after 48 hours.
- All parts must be checked for accuracy of fit before installation on the vehicle.
- Any adhesive surfaces must be absolutely dry, clean and free of wax and grease.
