Description
This genuine BMW M Performance engine cover is made of carbon fiber and carries the M badge, painted M stripes and the M Power logo. It fits the S58 engine, as in the M2 G87 or M3 Touring G81. Part number 11145B311A3. It does not fit the B58 engine.
How to install it
- Undo the 4 bolts and remove the factory strut brace.
- Lift off the old cover and push on the new one.
- Refit the strut brace and tighten the nuts to 28 Nm.

Incredible engine cover! Great quality with the right styling!!!
Paddle Shifters got the package out quickly, and the packing was good.
NOTE TO USA CUSTOMERS: I selected DHL standard delivery. The package arrived in Chicago and then was handed off to USPS for delivery. USPS sent my package to Indianapolis (I live just north of Indy in South Bend), where it sat for 5 days; then to Dallas, where it sat for 3 days; then to Oklahoma City; then back to Indianapolis... with an eventual delivery 13 days later. Pay a little bit more for FEDEX or UPS!
Finally BMW made an engine cover. I had the Eventuri one before this, but damn this looks amazing. The carbon fiber with the BMW M Power logo and the striping is just awesome. Fitment is of course spot on, must have for any M2 owners.
