Refund and return policy



Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Individual products such as individually painted paddle shifters
  • Products where the product page states that they are non-returnable

To complete your return, please send us your order number and your details.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To receive a refund or store credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by us within 14 days of your original receipt of the product.

All items eligible for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in cases where the return was caused by our error. Please note that any damage must be reported to us via email at prior to any installation. We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on items that have been installed or used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to our office at:

Lost, stolen or missing items

If a package is missing, please send us an email to: within 14 days of your delivery date. Please note, lost or stolen packages will be issued store credit, the original shipping fee is included.

If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will do our best to help you.

Buyers’ responsibility for paying the shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
